Account Types, Unlimited Access Levels
You can setup a conventional personals ads service like your local newspaper and charge for example per ad, multiple ads, different multimedia allowances like images, audio and video files, per private message sent, charge different amounts for 200 character messages, 500 character messages and
and other combinations or you can create a unique membership services with guest and free accounts, silver, gold, platinum etc. memberships all with different access permissions. Members can purchase listings or upgrade via credit card using clickbank, 2checkout, worldpay and via paypal fully automated.
You can charge your paid members for example daily, monthly, yearly membership subscription terms with our paypal, worldpay (futurepay), fully automated or one time charges with our 2checkout and clickbank modules. Users can also use these providers to add funds to their account and use these funds to purchase allowances instantly.
Plenty of upselling possibilities are provided by setting individual account permissions.
Of course you can also use your favourite payment provider and approve payments manually or process payments offline. Possibilities are endless.
- Our software gives you the ability to define multiple access levels, each containing unique characteristics. Guest members should not have the same access permissions as free members, free members should not have the same access levels as paid members and so on.
- Ability to create virtually unlimited accounts with unlimited access levels, featured, sponsored, increased visibility profile fees and combinations of permissions.
- Each access level contains unique permissions and characteristics.
- There are 32 permissions to be selected individually for each account:
Allow member to browse profiles.
Allow member to post profiles.
Allow member to insert images into profiles.
Allow member to reply to profiles.
Allow member to save profiles into hotlist.
Allow member to search for profiles.
Allow member to use the advanced search profiles options.
Allow member to use the 'saved search' option.
Allow member to get instant notification about new saved search matches.
Allow member to view registration profiles.
Allow member to maintain gallery.
Allow member to view fullsize photos of other members.
Allow member to view gallery of other members.
Allow member to set the email notification.
Allow member to send and reply to private emails.
Allow member to set email signature.
Allow member to view profiles of other members.
Allow edit/not edit posted profiles of this account.
Number of private messages sent per month.
Number of profiles saved to hotlist.
Number of profiles allowed to be posted (when this number is reached, user must either delete profiles or upgrade to a higher account with more ad allowances).
Number of images allowed to be uploaded (when this number is reached, user must either delete images or upgrade to a higher account with more image allowances).
Number of search patterns allowed to be saved (when this number is reached, user must either delete search patterns or upgrade to a higher account with more search pattern allowances).
Private messages mailbox size (items).
Gallery size (bytes).
Ad validity period (days) (After this period, it will be expired and deleted).
Set minimum and maximum ad title and ad description length for this account.
Ability to set whether to apply a permission change to existing members of that account.
- Members who belong to a certain group can only do whatever access has been defined for that group.
- Each access level can be assigned to a free or paid account.
- You can choose one or multiple payment methods for each access level.
- Paypal IPN (fully automated recurring charges and cancellations), ibill (fully automated recurring charges and cancellations), worldpay (futurepay), clickbank and 2checkout payment modules available (additional modules on request).
- You can also integrate your own payment processors or wire transfer details on the upgrade page. Then manually approve members after you verify the transaction.
- Setup trial period, one time charges and/or recurring charges for each account.
- Define member activation methods for member registrations, such as immediate registration, registration via email confirmation or manual approval by admin.
- Ability to create hidden accounts that do not show up on the signup form or upgrade screen. Offer special access levels for special members for discounts etc. that you do not want the public to know about. Then assign them to members manually.
- Ability to define an expiry date for free accounts too.
- Set 15 default user preferences:
Invisible Mode (Turning on will remove member from 'Online Users' list).
Automatically login when you return to the site.
Hide Email Address (Hides email address from registrationd details page, so that it is not accessible by other members).
Disable Private Messaging (Disallows other members to send Private Messages to members internal mailbox).
Hide registration details from public view. (Will allow/disallow anyone to view members registration details page, except admin).
Hide your gallery from public view? (Will allow/disallow anyone to view members personal gallery, except admin).
Set browse options to "Show profiles with pictures first".
Block members from sending private messages.
Email Notifications: When changes to registration details are made, when ad expires, when someone replies to ad, when someone sends private message).
profiles browsing options (Shows sub-categories that have no profiles)
Default profiles view (choice of new profiles first, old profiles first, most viewed profiles first, most replied profiles first, most saved profiles first).
Default profiles per page (Number of profiles that are shown on one page).
