Our software gives you full control over any aspect of your service, be it system configurations, database administration, template customization and of course member, account and category management without ever touching an html editor, text editor or FTP client. - Administrative Control Panel allows administrator to manage virtually any aspect of the program from anywhere in the world through the web-based interface.

Active members list: Username, First Name, Last Name, Registration Date, options are view member ad, delete, edit, expire, suspend, email, view/edit ads, view/edit gallery of member.
Pending Members: New members who have not been approved yet. You can view, approve, or deny their applications.
Expired Members: Members who have passed the active period and have not updated or upgraded their membership. This is due to inactivity. You can view, delete, or unexpire their accounts.
Confirming Members: Members whose account has expired drop to an access level with lower permissions. Here you can adjust their account to reflect the new access level permissions.
Ability to check all/multiple users for mass actions.

- Ability to mass email all members or members of a certain account only, optionally parse member information in message such as name or account details (Dear John..., Hi Mary...)
- Optionally, you can use all member personal information in email templates (requires longer processing time), or just some common info such as usernames, first names, last names, and email addresses (faster processing time).
- Ability to set reserved names for registration.
- Ability to ban IP and IP ranges, emails and usernames.
- Ability to restrict URLs to access the system.
- Ability to create categories and subcategories unlimited levels deep.
- Ability to set different images for each category.
- Ability to view list active and pending ads in categories.
- Ability to approve or deny ads in categories. The approve/deny page also let you view how many ads are in each category and subcategory.
- Ability to move categories in display up and down.
- Ability to activate state and country subcategories with one click (one click gives you all the US states for example, without the need of creating 50+ state categories each time).
- Ability to create and edit unlimited accounts with different access levels and permissions.
- Ability to define default member preferences for each account.
- Ability to create admin groups with different admin area access levels and assign administrators to these groups. You can create more administrative users to run the program, but only let them do what you want them to do by granting specific permissions. Permissions can be set by create a admin group which contains a set of defined behavior. Every admin must belong to an admin group.
- Ability to import and export members.
- Ability to automate database cleaning by automatically deleting expired members and ads or downgrading users on a daily basis (via cron or manually).
- Ability to send saved search matches on a daily basis (via cron or manually).
- Links to documentation and support forum.
- Logoff option provides added security when you are administering the system from a remote computer, such as at an airport, because it prevents others from using your administrative login session to gain control of the system.
