Event Category specific templates.
You can
create a new set of templates for each category and survey individually
and allocate it to the category, for example
to present each event category in a different theme or a different language etc.
See below for layout customization info.
To create a new set of templates, just click the "categories" link and
the "New" link next or "main" to return to the default templates.
